Program Registration
We do require pre-registration and pre-payment for most of our programs. You can register over the phone and pay by credit card, or come into the Center and pay by cash or check.
Check our program guide, or our events page, for registration day for our early childhood programs. Provided there is space in our weekly programs, registration is rolling.
In addition, registration for our weekend childhood programs and our adult programs is rolling until the programs fill.
**Please note; responding to our facebook events does not guarantee you a spot in the program desired. You must call us to pre-register and pre-pay!
Birthday Parties
APEC’s birthday parties start at $200 for a 2 hour party. The children make a craft, see some animals, and take a nature hike. Most parents opt to bring in pizza or bagels and cake for the children. Our parties generally take place from 10-12 or 1-3.
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a room. The party is $200 for up to 15 children, and $12 per additional child. The birthday child is free! If you have more than 20 children, we suggest that you hire a second instructor for $30, and we can’t accomodate more than 30 children in one room.

Scouting Programs
Your Girls Scouts, Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts can experience nature for themselves through these exciting, hands-on programs at APEC. For fees and to book a program, please call the center.
General Program
This one-hour program includes a guided nature walk and a live animal presentation. See and touch the animals!
Badge Program
This hour and a half program is designed to fill specific badge requirements. Call us and ask what programs we offer or check out our Scouts Program brochure.
Scouting Awards
APEC also offers assistance for scouts working on their Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project (Boy Scouts of America) and their Gold Award Project (Girl Scouts of America). Please call for further information.

**Note Well - APEC does not run their own scouting troops or packs; these programs are meant for outside groups who would like to visit APEC.
